New Bodies Gym Direct Debit Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At New Bodies Gym, we strive to offer flexible membership options to meet the needs of our members. This Direct Debit Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a membership paid via direct debit.

2. Notice Period

Members wishing to cancel their direct debit membership must provide 4 working days notice prior to the next scheduled payment date. This notice period ensures that we have sufficient time to process the cancellation and prevent further payments.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your direct debit membership, please follow these steps:

1. Notification: Notify New Bodies Gym in writing via email, in app messaging function,  or in person at the gym’s reception. Your notice should include your full name, membership number, and the reason for cancellation.

2. Confirmation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 working days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your request has been received.

3. Final Payment: If the cancellation notice is provided less than 4 working days before the next scheduled payment date, one final payment may be processed. After this payment, no further direct debits will be taken.

4. Account Closure: Your membership will be considered terminated once the final payment has been made (if applicable) and confirmation of cancellation has been received.

4. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any membership fees already debited before the notice period is served. Members are advised to ensure that their cancellation request is submitted in time to avoid unnecessary charges.

5. Reactivation of Membership

Should you wish to reactivate your membership after cancellation, you will need to reapply and may be subject to current membership rates and terms.
